QR Identification & Safety Check System

QR Equipment ID
Simply scan the QR code attached to the equipment to retrieve full equipment identification and service records. For MOT equipment such as brake testers, headlight testers and gas analysers, the certificates will be available to view if you are an authorized user.
Our new mobile app allows your technicians to quickly sign in to the system and perform quick and easy daily equipment safety checks, which are instantly submitted to their relevant line manager.
Safety Checklists
With our easy to use safety checklist system technicians will perform an overall inspection of their equipment to be used that day. They then log in to our online system and complete the checklist form.
If any faults are recorded, the system will inform our service controllers and the immediate line manger of the technician, so a safe remedy can be arranged.
Timely Repairs
Any faults recorded during the safety check procedure are reported to Straightset controllers in real time, meaning a quick and efficient diagnosis and repair can be approved.
Where possible, we aim to have a Straightset engineer on site within 24hrs of the original call being logged, to fix the equipment and minimise downtime.
Ramp Training
One of our experienced engineers will visit your site to provide your staff with detailed information on how and how not to use the workshop equipment in a safe manner.
All staff will receive a certificate on completion of the training session, stating that they have attended the induction and that they are now competent to operate their equipment.
